Summary: Perinephric myxoid pseudotumor of fat is a newly described entity that may mimic fat-containing soft tissue tumors, such as well differentiated liposarcoma or fibrosclerosing lesions associated with IgG4-related disease. To our knowledge, there are only twelve cases reported previously, with this being the thirteenth case.
