Summary: Yolk sac tumor is a malignant germ cell tumor (GCT) that occurs atboth gonadal and extragonadal sites. Extragonadal GCTs are mostrepresented at mediastinum, retroperitoneal and cranial sites.Occurrence in the urinary bladder is extremely rare. To our knowledge, this is the second report of urothelial carcinoma with a yolk sac tumor component.
