Summary: This study examines differences in real-world prescribing patterns for psoriasis based on race, ethnicity, and gender using the All of Us database. A total of 7,377 patients with psoriasis were analyzed. Medications were categorized based on AAD guidelines, and subgroup analysis focused on biologics, vitamin D analogs, calcineurin inhibitors, and other treatments. Results showed significant racial and gender differences, particularly with Vitamin D analogs and IL-23 inhibitors. Differences may be influenced by patient and provider factors, such as socioeconomic status or treatment perceptions. Further research is needed to determine the impact on treatment outcomes.
