Summary: As we move to a more digital world, it's important to examine the benefits as well as the drawbacks. Here we examine the difference in the carbon emissions associated with the change to the digitization of slide analysis. This examination allows us to make better decisions as we move toward implementing digital slides into the practice of Pathology.
