Summary: Pseudocellulitis is an umbrella term used to describe non-necrotizing inflammation of the dermis and hypodermis from a noninfectious etiology. As with other mimickers of cellulitis, it may lead to misdiagnosis, unnecessary workup, and unneeded antibiotic use. This case series describes four unique chemotherapy-associated pseudocellulitis (CAP) cases from an academic tertiary care institution and discusses ways to identify CAP.
