Summary: Coccidioides spp. can disseminate to other tissues, including the female reproductive tract. The identification of Coccidioides spp. in the uterine cavity is a rare finding and mostly an incidental finding in endometrial biopsies. While Coccidioides spp. is more commonly found in the context of granulomatous inflammation of the lung, this case demonstrates the importance of a microbial workup in findings of granulomatous inflammation regardless of site
