Summary: Cutaneous metastases are an uncommon comorbidity of solid tumor malignancy and may present as solitary or diffuse papules and indurated nodules, alopecia, erythema annulare-like, targetoid, or zosteriform lesions. Manifestations of cutaneous metastases are present in 0.7 to 10% of cancer cases and make up 2% of skin malignancies. We present our institutional experience of three such cases with clinical pathologic correlation, including two cases of zosteriform metastasis and one case of carcinoma en cuirasse.
