Summary: This study showed that the risk of UCa recurrence and disease-specific death in patients with ypT0/is/a ypN1-3 disease was high, being comparable to that seen in patients with ypT2-3 ypN0 disease. These findings support that an aggressive clinical approach is justified in patients with complete response in the bladder but residual disease in lymph nodes.
