Summary: Telangiectatic (TO) and giant cell-rich (GCRO) osteosarcoma are rare subtypes of conventional osteosarcoma, which commonly arises in the metaphysis of long bones in young adult males. We present a case of osteosarcoma with giant cell-rich and telangiectatic features arising in a rare location in an unusual patient demographic, and discuss the current literature, as well as potential diagnostic pitfalls.
