Meningoencephalitis as the Initial Presentation of Relapsing Polychondritis

Summary: This case highlights that RP may be rarely associated with CNS involvement but may occasionally also be the presenting feature. The case further illustrates the challenges of diagnosing and managing neurologic manifestations of relapsing polychondritis.
