Chondroid lipoma is a rare benign soft tissue tumor that can mimic liposarcoma because of the presence of lipoblasts. 

Note: I once saw a case of high grade myxoid liposarcoma with "round cell" hypercellular component that looked a lot like chondroid lipoma after it was resected. This was because the patient received neo-adjuvant chemo and radiation which left residual round cells and lipoblasts suspended in a myxoid and sclerotic background. Obviously, the patient's history was known in that case, so there was no diagnostic confusion.
