With the myxoid background and large epithelioid looking cells would proliferative myositis be a consideration here? The muscle architecture is relatively intact. But it's large-ish and the big ugly cells kinda scare me. I'd show to soft tissue colleagues

I agree with the above. My first thought was proliferative myositis. Could get an SMA, calponin, desmin, CD68 to confirm.

ganglion like cells ,proliferative myositis.IHC should be considered to render disgnosis
