This case was from a long time ago, but if I recall correctly, it was arising near the anterior spine (thus the adjacent normal nerve ganglion...bottom right corner of slide 1). FYI for beginners, a benign lymph node is also present next to the tumor (blue nodule in bottom right corner of slide 2).
